BOOKING POLICIES
CARD ON FILE
A credit card is required to be added to your profile at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged until the completion of your service. However, in the event of a late cancellation or no show, your payment method will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS
Should you cancel your service within 48 hours of the appointment date, there will be a charge of 50%. If the service is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment date, there will be a 100% charge of the service. If you fail to arrive to your appointment, the service will be marked as a “no show” and you will be charged 100% of the service.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you find yourself running late to your appointment there is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, it will be at my discretion to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
ADJUSTMENTS
If you find yourself not 100% satisfied with your hair, please reach out within 72 hours following your original appointment. Adjustments will only be accommodated if they are booked within the 2 week period following the original appointment. Please refer to the link below for examples of what can and cannot be considered an adjustment.
REFUNDS
Due to the time, product and labor involved in each service, a full refund cannot be offered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, I will try my best to accommodate you under the adjustment policy.
Eligible Adjustments
haircut adjustments
face framing/bangs need to be shortened or blended
a small amount of “weight” needs to be removed from hair
haircolor adjustments
toner is not desired shade
a portion of highlights needs more blending
single process for gray hair coverage did not sufficiently cover the gray.
Non Eligible Adjustments
haircut adjustments
bringing overall length shorter
haircolor adjustments
adding highlights to achieve a significantly lighter look
changing highlight placement agreed upon. ie subtle + lived in vs higher to the root and less dimension.
